Ki Baka Andr\u00e1s?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Baka Andr\u00e1s 1952-ben sz\u00fcletett Budapesten. 1978-ban az E\u00f6tv\u00f6s Lor\u00e1nd Tudom\u00e1nyegyetem \u00c1llam- \u00e9s Jogtudom\u00e1nyi Kar\u00e1n szerzett jogi doktor\u00e1tust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00e1lyafut\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n t\u00f6bb mint k\u00e9t \u00e9vtizeden kereszt\u00fcl dolgozott a Magyar Tudom\u00e1nyos Akad\u00e9mia \u00c1llam- \u00e9s Jogtudom\u00e1nyi Int\u00e9zet\u00e9nek kutat\u00f3jak\u00e9nt. K\u00e9s\u0151bb az \u00c1llamigazgat\u00e1si F\u0151iskola f\u0151igazgat\u00f3i tiszts\u00e9g\u00e9t is bet\u00f6lt\u00f6tte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Szakter\u00fcletei k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartoznak az emberi jogi \u00e9s kisebbs\u00e9gi jogi k\u00e9rd\u00e9sek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g jogs\u00e9rt\u00e9st \u00e1llap\u00edtott meg t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt Baka b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordul\u00e1shoz, illetve v\u00e9lem\u00e9nynyilv\u00e1n\u00edt\u00e1shoz kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 jogai tekintet\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
