Meghat\u00e1rozza egyebek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt az orsz\u00e1g, a vid\u00e9ki t\u00e9rs\u00e9gek versenyk\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9t, a munkaer\u0151 mobilit\u00e1s\u00e1t, az eg\u00e9sz orsz\u00e1g gazdas\u00e1gi teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00e9t, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 Magyarorsz\u00e1g nemzetk\u00f6zi lehet\u0151s\u00e9geit \u00e9s kapcsolatait is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elmondta, szeretn\u00e9k, ha a vas\u00fatfejleszt\u00e9s nemzeti \u00fcgy lenne, hiszen az orsz\u00e1g t\u00f6rt\u00e9net\u00e9ben mindig azok az id\u0151szakok jelentett\u00e9k a legnagyobb fejl\u0151d\u00e9st, amikor a vas\u00fat fejleszt\u00e9se &#8222;nemzet\u00e9p\u00edt\u0151 programk\u00e9nt&#8221; val\u00f3sult meg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e1mutatott, Eur\u00f3pa orsz\u00e1gaiban mindenhol egyre nagyobb teret kap a k\u00f6t\u00f6ttp\u00e1ly\u00e1s k\u00f6zleked\u00e9s, \u00e9s az uni\u00f3s fejleszt\u00e9sekn\u00e9l is kiemelt a szerepe. A vas\u00fatnak egyszerre kellene jelentenie gyors, biztons\u00e1gos k\u00f6rnyezet- \u00e9s kl\u00edmabar\u00e1t alternat\u00edv\u00e1t a k\u00f6z\u00fati k\u00f6zleked\u00e9ssel szemben, vagy amellett &#8211; hangs\u00falyozta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magyar P\u00e9ter azt mondta, nem az utas hi\u00e1nyzik, s\u0151t egyre n\u00f6vekv\u0151 ig\u00e9ny van a mobilit\u00e1s ezen form\u00e1j\u00e1ra, ez\u00e9rt alkalmass\u00e1 kell tenni a vasutat ezeknek az egyre n\u00f6vekv\u0151 t\u00e1rsadalmi ig\u00e9nyeknek a kiel\u00e9g\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elmondta, a vas\u00fatnak t\u00f6bb \u00e9vtizedes h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyt kell ledolgoznia, elk\u00e9peszt\u0151 probl\u00e9m\u00e1t jelent az infrastrukt\u00fara \u00e9s a g\u00f6rd\u00fcl\u0151\u00e1llom\u00e1ny el\u00f6reged\u00e9se. Ez ut\u00f3bbi \u00e1tlag\u00e9letkora 43 \u00e9v, majdnem olyan id\u0151s, mint amilyen \u0151. A tov\u00e1bbi probl\u00e9m\u00e1k k\u00f6z\u00e9 sorolta, hogy a vas\u00fati \u00fcl\u0151helyek majdnem fele kl\u00edma n\u00e9lk\u00fcli, hogy a teljes magyar vas\u00fati p\u00e1lya mintegy 40 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k\u00e1n van \u00e9rv\u00e9nyben valamilyen sebess\u00e9gkorl\u00e1toz\u00e1s \u00e9s a M\u00c1V j\u00e1rm\u0171veinek negyede nem \u00fczemk\u00e9pes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A program c\u00e9lja, hogy jelent\u0151sen cs\u00f6kkenjen a vas\u00fati j\u00e1rm\u0171vek \u00e1tlag\u00e9letkora, gyorsabb\u00e1 v\u00e1ljon a k\u00f6zleked\u00e9s a f\u0151vonalakon, b\u0151v\u00fclj\u00f6n a villamos\u00edtott h\u00e1l\u00f3zat ar\u00e1nya, megb\u00edzhat\u00f3bb legyen a region\u00e1lis vas\u00fati k\u00f6zleked\u00e9s \u00e9s korszer\u0171, utask\u00f6zpont\u00fa szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s j\u00f6jj\u00f6n l\u00e9tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A program hat egym\u00e1sra \u00e9p\u00fcl\u0151 fejleszt\u00e9si ir\u00e1ny ment\u00e9n val\u00f3sul meg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az els\u0151 pont a versenyk\u00e9pes eljut\u00e1s minden megyesz\u00e9khelyre. A c\u00e9l az eg\u00e9sznapos kisz\u00e1m\u00edthat\u00f3, megb\u00edzhat\u00f3 InterCity k\u00f6zleked\u00e9s, a gyorsabb f\u0151vonalak \u00e9s az \u00faj gener\u00e1ci\u00f3s InterCity motorvonatok beszerz\u00e9se. A hosszabb t\u00e1v\u00fa c\u00e9l pedig, hogy a f\u0151vonalakon garant\u00e1lhat\u00f3 legyen a legal\u00e1bb 100 km\/\u00f3ra \u00e1llom\u00e1st\u00f3l \u00e1llom\u00e1sig sz\u00e1m\u00edtott \u00e1tlagsebess\u00e9g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A program m\u00e1sodik pontja egy megb\u00edzhat\u00f3 region\u00e1lis h\u00e1l\u00f3zat, a mell\u00e9kvonalak megtart\u00e1sa \u00e9s fejleszt\u00e9se, korszer\u0171 hibrid j\u00e1rm\u0171vek beszerz\u00e9se, valamint a busz- \u00e9s vas\u00fati menetrendek \u00f6sszehangol\u00e1sa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A terv harmadik pontja az er\u0151s el\u0151v\u00e1rosi vas\u00fat l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1sa. Budapest mellett a vid\u00e9ki nagyv\u00e1rosok, megyesz\u00e9khelyek k\u00f6rzet\u00e9ben is fejleszteni kell az el\u0151v\u00e1rosi k\u00f6zleked\u00e9st, gyakoribb menetrenddel, korszer\u0171 j\u00e1rm\u0171vekkel, a H\u00c9V-h\u00e1l\u00f3zat meg\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val \u00e9s Tramtrain vas\u00fatvillamosokkal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A negyedik pont a partners\u00e9g Budapesttel, hogy a f\u0151v\u00e1ros az orsz\u00e1g vas\u00fati k\u00f6zleked\u00e9s\u00e9nek k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontja, ez\u00e9rt ennek a r\u00e9gi\u00f3nak a vas\u00fati fejleszt\u00e9se orsz\u00e1gos, egys\u00e9ges nemzeti \u00e9rdek. A program r\u00e9sze a budapesti k\u00f6t\u00f6ttp\u00e1ly\u00e1s kapcsolatok fejleszt\u00e9se \u00e9s az egy\u00e9b f\u0151v\u00e1rosi projektekkel val\u00f3 szoros egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az \u00f6t\u00f6dik pont a vas\u00fati \u00e1rusz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s fejleszt\u00e9se, ami cs\u00f6kkentheti \u00e9s cs\u00f6kkenteni is fogja az aut\u00f3p\u00e1ly\u00e1k \u00e9s gyorsforgalmi utak terhelts\u00e9g\u00e9t, m\u00e9rs\u00e9kelheti a k\u00f6rnyezeti terhel\u00e9st \u00e9s jav\u00edtja Magyarorsz\u00e1g logisztikai \u00e9s versenyk\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A hatodik pont a nemzetk\u00f6zi kapcsolatok fejleszt\u00e9se.
