Az orvos, k\u00f3rh\u00e1zi m\u0171t\u00e9tek sor\u00e1n megm\u00e9rgezett harminc beteget, akik k\u00f6z\u00fcl 12 meghalt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 15 h\u00e9tig, \u00f3ri\u00e1si m\u00e9diafigyelem mellett tartott per v\u00e9g\u00e9n a sv\u00e1jci hat\u00e1r k\u00f6zel\u00e9ben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 Doubs megye esk\u00fcdtsz\u00e9k\u00e9nek eln\u00f6ke elrendelte az orvos azonnali beb\u00f6rt\u00f6nz\u00e9s\u00e9t. Az 53 \u00e9ves Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric P\u00e9chier, akinek \u00fcgyv\u00e9dei jelezt\u00e9k, hogy fellebbeznek az \u00edt\u00e9let ellen, soha nem volt \u0151rizetben a 2017-ben indult nyomoz\u00e1s kezdete \u00f3ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Az \u00fcgy\u00e9szs\u00e9g, amely a v\u00e1dbesz\u00e9dben &#8222;<em>a t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelem egyik legnagyobb b\u0171n\u00f6z\u0151j\u00e9nek&#8221;<\/em>&nbsp;nevezte az aneszteziol\u00f3gust, kiemelte, hogy&nbsp;<em>&#8222;az orvostudom\u00e1nyt gyilkoss\u00e1ghoz haszn\u00e1lta&#8221;.<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Randall Schwerdorffer \u00fcgyv\u00e9d viszont azt k\u00e9rte a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gt\u00f3l, hogy&nbsp;<em>&#8222;egyszer\u0171en&#8221;&nbsp;<\/em>mentse fel Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric P\u00e9chier-t, mivel nincs ellene megc\u00e1folhatatlan bizony\u00edt\u00e9k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az orvos szenvtelen\u00fcl fogadta az \u00edt\u00e9letet, l\u00e1nyai viszont s\u00edrva t\u00e1voztak a teremb\u0151l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A hal\u00e1lesetek 2008 \u00e9s 2017 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt t\u00f6rt\u00e9ntek k\u00e9t besan\u00e7oni mag\u00e1nklinik\u00e1n, 4 \u00e9s 89 \u00e9v k\u00f6z\u00f6tti betegek eset\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A v\u00e1d szerint az aneszteziol\u00f3gus k\u00e1liummal, helyi \u00e9rz\u00e9stelen\u00edt\u0151kkel, adrenalinnal vagy heparinnal szennyezte az inf\u00fazi\u00f3s tasakokat. Z\u00e9rt tette, hogy sz\u00edvmeg\u00e1ll\u00e1st vagy v\u00e9rz\u00e9seket okozzon a koll\u00e9g\u00e1i \u00e1ltal kezelt betegekn\u00e9l. Az \u00fcgy\u00e9szs\u00e9g \u00fagy v\u00e9lte, hogy az orvos a\u00a0<em>&#8222;hatalomv\u00e1gy\u00e1t&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>akarta kiel\u00e9g\u00edteni. \u00c9s<em>&#8222;pszichol\u00f3giailag&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0akart \u00e1rtani azoknak az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi dolgoz\u00f3knak, akikkel konfliktusban \u00e1llt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amikor a per utols\u00f3 napj\u00e1n h\u00e9tf\u0151n utolj\u00e1ra megkapta a sz\u00f3t, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric P\u00e9chier ism\u00e9telten \u00e1rtatlannak vallotta mag\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christine de Curraize f\u0151\u00fcgy\u00e9sz szerint az aneszteziol\u00f3gus c\u00e9lja minden m\u00e9rgez\u00e9sn\u00e9l az volt, hogy&nbsp;<em>&#8222;tan\u00faja legyen csapd\u00e1ba esett koll\u00e9g\u00e1ja buk\u00e1s\u00e1nak, \u00e9lvezze tehetetlens\u00e9g\u00e9t&#8221;<\/em>, miel\u0151tt beavatkozott volna a betegek \u00fajra\u00e9leszt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, \u00e9s \u00edgy \u0151 legyen a&nbsp;<em>&#8222;mindenki \u00e1ltal csod\u00e1lt orvos&#8221;.<\/em>&nbsp;Az \u00fcgy\u00e9sz szerint azonban Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric P\u00e9chier-nek az \u00e1ldozatok \u00fajra\u00e9leszt\u00e9s\u00e9ben val\u00f3 r\u00e9szv\u00e9tele&nbsp;<em>&#8222;csak egy c\u00e9lt szolg\u00e1lt: b\u0171ncselekm\u00e9nyeinek elfed\u00e9s\u00e9t&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miut\u00e1n a nyomoz\u00e1s sor\u00e1n Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric P\u00e9chier tagadta az \u00fcgy\u00e9szs\u00e9g felt\u00e9telez\u00e9s\u00e9t, a per kezdet\u00e9n elismerte, hogy valaki val\u00f3ban megm\u00e9rgezte a betegeket az egyik mag\u00e1nklinik\u00e1n, ahol kor\u00e1bban dolgozott.
